The field is finally set for the Alabama High School Athletic Association basketball final four next week at Birmingham’s BJCC Legacy Arena with today’s completion of regional tournament play. The last four more region champs were decided at Jacksonville State University’s Pete Mathew Coliseum.

Anniston’s girls beat Cherokee County 34-24 and DAR’s boys topped New Hope 77-61 for the Class 4A titles. The Plainview girls beat Susan Moore 63-55 and the Geraldine boys beat Plainview 52-49 in overtime for the 3A crowns.
