State lawmen on Monday night issued a missing and endangered person alert for a 91-year-old man last seen Monday morning in north Alabama.

James Bagwell, 91, was last seen around 10 a.m. in Arab near Skidmore Drive NW, said the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency, which issued the alert.

Bagwell may be living with a condition that impairs his judgement, according to ALEA.

The 91-year-old man is believed to be traveling in a yellow 2004 Chevrolet Colorado with the Alabama tag 0450AK1.

Bagwell was described as 6-feet tall, 215 pounds, with hazel eyes and gray or partially gray hair.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts was asked to call Arab police at 256-586-8124 or 911.
