Saraland quarterback K.J. Lacey endured difficult conditions – playing in the rain on a slippery grass surface – but the Texas commit threw for a touchdown and ran for another to lead Class 6A, No. 1-ranked Saraland to a 31-7 victory No. 10 Gulf Shoers at at Mickey Miller Blackwell Stadium.

Lacey finished with for 206 yards passing and connected with CD Gill for a 13-yard TD pass. He also ran for a 7-yard score.
