Ryan Seacrest is leaving “Live with Kelly and Ryan” after six seasons of co-hosting the daytime talk show with Kelly Ripa.

“Working alongside Kelly over the past six years has been a dream job and one of the highlights of my career,” Ryan said in a statement. “She has been an amazing partner, friend, and confidant, and although we will always be a part of each other’s lives, I will miss our mornings together.”

E! News reports Ripa, who has hosted the show since 2001 when she joined then-host Regis Philbin, will make her husband Mark Consuelos the next co-host, effectively renaming the show “Live with Kelly and Mark.”

Seacrest, meanwhile, is expected to continue hosting “American Idol” in addition to his radio career.
