Florida Governor Ron DeSantis, a likely contender in the 2024 presidential race, is coming to Alabama.

In a Facebook post, the Alabama Republican Party said DeSantis will be the special guest and keynote speaker at its annual Winter Dinner. The dinner planned for Thursday, March 9 in the Birmingham Sheraton Ballroom. Tickets are $250 per person or $400 per couple.

DeSantis was reelected Florida’s governor in November after defeating Democratic challenger, former Rep. Charlie Crist, by 19 points, the largest spread seen in the state in four decades.
