Reward offered in shooting death of 28-year-old Montgomery woman
A reward is being offered for information in the shooting death of a 28-year-old woman in Montgomery.
Carmilla Taylor was killed in a June 15 shooting that also injured another woman.
Central Alabama Crime Stoppers on Wednesday announced a $1,000 reward for information leading to an arrest in the case.
The shooting happened about 2 a.m. that Monday in the 2800 block of East South Boulevard.
Montgomery police Sgt. Tina McGriff said first responders arrived to find the two women with life-threatening gunshot wounds.
Both were taken to the hospital where Taylor was pronounced dead.
