‘Revival’ follows Dana as she uncovers a wild conspiracy in this week’s new episode: How to stream free
A brand new episode of the hit mystery thriller series Revival premieres on Syfy Thursday, July 24 at 10/9c.
Those looking to catch the last few episodes of the show’s debut season can stream the upcoming weekly premieres through Fubo (free trial), DirecTV (free trial) or Sling (50% off first month).
Previous episode recap
Last week’s episode titled “Bloodlines” kicked off with a memory from Dana’s childhood and showed both her and her sister Em, who was born with a rare bone deficiency condition. Though not much was revealed in the flashback, seeing it reiterated to viewers again how deep the siblings’ bond is.
Following the quick flashback to open the episode, viewers were transported back to present-day to find Dana recovering from a gunshot wound in the hospital, and throughout the rest of the episode, new and shocking twists were thrown in, keeping audiences on the edge of their seat the entire episode.
While recovering in the hospital, Dana was thrown off kilter when it was revealed that Deputy Brent was aiding the Czech brothers when he attempted to kill Dana while at the hospital. Luckily for her, though, Dana was able to push her pain from the gunshot wound aside long enough to kill Brent and leave the hospital.
With the need to get to her family and protect them, Dana left the hospital and hunted down Em, but was cornered by Anthony who ended up stabbing her repeatedly.
With her newfound strength and elevated fighting techniques, Em healed Dana through her blood, and in a shocking or not-so-shocking twist, the episode ended with Dana depicting signs of revival.
This week, the storyline shifts to Wayne and Dana reuniting as a dynamic duo as they uncover a conspiracy more personal than imagined.
