Second-ranked Parker rallied to score 21 unanswered points in the second half to knock off No. 7 Mountain Brook 30-16 on the road on Friday. The Thundering Herd improved to 2-0 on the season dropping the Spartans to 1-1.

“We didn’t play Parker football in the first half,” head coach Frank Warren said. “I told the guys at halftime that we were OK and needed this type of game.”
