Belle Mina residents will have one more chance to convince the Alabama Department of Environmental Management to stop a quarry from being built in their community.

ADEM will hold a public hearing on tonight at 6 p.m. in the Health Sciences No. 2 building on Calhoun Community College’s Decatur campus. The hearing will be in room 109.
