A Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers franchisee paid $647,500 for a lot on Schillinger Road South at Hitt Road in Mobile, according to Pratt Thomas of Merrill P. Thomas Co., and David Tunstall of McAleer Tunstall Co., who represented the seller.

The site is near Providence Hospital and the Mobile Regional Airport.

Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers restaurant chain has more than 400 locations in the U.S., including locations in Foley, Saraland and Spanish Fort.
