A Florence man was killed Monday in a single-vehicle traffic crash.

Florence police said officers were called to a crash in the area of Darby Drive and Holiday Drive.

The crash happened Monday afternoon.

Michael Breakfield was pronounced dead at the scene.

The cause of the accident is still under investigation.
