Police ask for publicâs help in identifying Greenville robbery suspect
The Greenville Police Department is seeking help identifying the person wanted for a robbery that took place Saturday morning at One Stop Cash in the Alabama city.
The unknown male suspect was wearing a black hoodie, black hat with green bill, black pants and white shoes when he entered the Greenville One Stop Cash.
According to police, he was seen on surveillance video brandishing a small black pistol in his right hand when he then demanded money from the store clerk. After the suspect got the cash, he walked behind the counter to attempt to access the safe. Because the clerk did not know the combination, the suspect left the business and walked away on foot.
There are no known vehicles to have been used at this time.
Central Alabama CrimeStoppers is offering a cash reward for information leading to the identification of the suspect.
