Police: Alabama man arrested driving 109 mph with child had blood alcohol content 3 times the limit
Indiana State Police arrested a Huntsville man after officers said he was driving 109 m.p.h. while intoxicated, with a child in the car, Wednesday morning.
WLKY in Louisville reported Antony Reed, 36, posted a blood alcohol content reading of three times the legal limit in Indiana.
Reed was pulled over about 10 a.m. in Jackson County, south of Indianapolis.
According to the station, Reed also faces prior charges of driving while intoxicated, and more charges are possible.
A woman and the child were released from the scene, according to police.
