A pedestrian was struck and killed this morning in Madison.

According to a City of Madison official, a police presence was seen this morning at the corner of Madison Boulevard and Sullivan Street at about 4:50 a.m.

The incident apparently happened near Cleghorn Boulevard.

Madison police had no information to add on the incident as of 9:30 a.m.

Authorities have not released the identity of the victim.
