The Peach Cobbler Factory’s latest Alabama location is opening this weekend.

And more are on the way.

The newest sweet spot will open Saturday at 145 Springville Station in Springville.

It’s the seventh location in the state for the franchise, joining Daphne, Foley, Huntsville, Madison and Tuscaloosa. The Trussville location reopened last year.

Future Factories are planned for Birmingham, Gulf Shores, Mobile and Spanish Fort.

The menu ranges from brownies to Belgian waffles, cinnamon rolls to shakes, cobblers and cookies, as well as coffee.

After starting out of a Nashville city market, the Peach Cobbler Factory grew into a food truck before migrating to brick-and-mortar locations.
