Pasta salad sold at Aldi in Alabama, 14 other states recalled
Food manufacturer Reser’s Fine Foods has voluntarily recalled a batch of its pasta salad due to a labeling error that does not include an allergen callout for wheat, the Food and Drug Administration announced.
The product was sold as Aldi Deli Macaroni Salad in a 32-ounce package with a “Use By” date of June 3, 2024, according to an announcement from the FDA.
Oregon-based Reser’s Fine Foods shipped the Aldi Deli Macaroni Salad to Aldi supermarkets across the country including Alabama, Georgia, Florida, Connecticut, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Mississippi, North Carolina, New Hampshire, New York, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, and Vermont.
