One of downtown Huntsvilleâs newest apartment complexes headed toward fall opening
Tenants may be moving into the 107-unit Gallery at Lowe Mill apartment community across from the Lowe Mill Arts and Entertainment Center as early as late October.
Bristol Development senior development manager Beau Daniel said work continues on both the inside and outside of the complex.
“There should be a lot of progress inside and outside over the next 30-45 days and we are hopeful the project will be fully complete in mid-October,” he said. “We will carefully time pre-leasing and move-ins based on how construction progresses over the next 30 days.”
In an earlier interview, Daniel said there have been negotiations for the leasing of more than 2,900 feet of restaurant space. In addition to the commercial space, Gallery at Lowe Mill is a mixture of studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments.
The L-shaped building includes a large parking area for residents and restaurant patrons. According to the Bristol Development Group website, the apartments include expansive floor plans, gourmet kitchens with quartz countertops and hardwood-style floors.
