‘On Patrol: Live’ season 1 episode 71: How to watch and where to stream
The season one episode 71 premiere of On Patrol: Live will air on Reelz Friday, April 7 at 9/8c. Episode 72 will also premiere on Reelz the following day at 9/8c.
Those who have ditched regular cable can still stream new episodes withPhilo and Sling.
Both live-streaming services are some of the few that actually offer the Reelz channel with a subscription. If you’re not sure which streaming service to go with, we can break it down.
What is Philo and Sling?
Philo is one of the cheaper live-streaming services available as it allows users to stream over 70 live channels for only $25 a month. However, the Reelz channel requires an additional $3 add-on.
Popular channels offered with Philo include MTV, VH1, AMC, HGTV, the History Channel, the Discovery Channel, CMT, BET, TLC and more.
First time subscribers can also take advantage of Philo’s 7-day free trial and watch for free before committing to anything.
Meanwhile, Sling is also one of the cheaper live-streaming services available. It offers three different channel packages for its users: Sling Orange, Sling Blue and Sling Orange + Blue.
Sling Blue and Sling Orange both start at $40 a month, but offer different channel selections.
The main difference between the two packages are the ESPN channels offered with Sling Orange as opposed to channels such as Fox News, MSNBC, Discovery and Bravo offered with Sling Blue.
Meanwhile, Sling Orange + Blue is just both packages combined for $55 a month.
After selecting a package, subscribers will still need to purchase the Hollywood Extra add-on for an additional $6 per month to access the Reelz channel.
Be sure to check out the full breakdown between all three Sling packages here.
What is On Patrol: Live about?
On Patrol: Live follows the same format as “LIVE PD,” tracking police officers and sheriff’s deputies from diverse agencies in different cities across the country for three hours.
Hosts Dan Abrams, retired Tulsa Police Department Sgt. Sean “Sticks” Larkin and Deputy Sheriff Curtis Wilson provide minute-by-minute perspective and analysis from a central studio location during footage.
Local residents from the communities of featured departments are given the opportunity to have a firsthand experience during ride-alongs with officers on live nights.
