21 Consecutive AP polls have featured Georgia as the No. 1 team, tied for the second-longest streak in the history of the rankings. Southern Cal spent 33 consecutive polls at No. 1 across the 2003 and 2005 seasons, and Miami (Fla.) was in the top spot for 21 polls in a row during the 2001 and 2002 campaigns. The most recent poll without Georgia at No. 1 came on Oct. 2, 2022. Georgia had the most first-place votes that week but finished two points behind Alabama in the balloting. Georgia is No. 2 in this week’s College Football Playoff rankings.

24 Consecutive home games have been won by Georgia, tied for the longest such streak in school history and the longest current streak in the nation. Georgia had a 24-game home winning streak that began with a 42-0 victory over Texas A&M on Sept. 13, 1980, and was ended by a 13-7 loss to Auburn on Nov. 12, 1983. The current home streak began with a 21-0 shutout of Kentucky on Oct. 19, 2019, a week after a 20-17 loss to South Carolina at Sanford Stadium.

25 Consecutive conference regular-season games have been won by Georgia. Georgia has the second-longest conference winning streak in SEC history. The record is a 27-game SEC streak achieved by Alabama that started with a 20-13 victory over Tennessee on Oct. 16, 1976, and was ended by a 6-3 loss to Mississippi State on Nov. 1, 1980. Georgia’s most recent setback in an SEC regular-season game is a 44-28 loss to Florida on Nov. 7, 2020.

26 Consecutive victories for Georgia, the longest winning streak in program history. Georgia’s most recent loss was a 41-24 setback against Alabama in the SEC Championship Game on Dec. 4, 2021. The Bulldogs are tied for the third-longest winning streak in SEC history. The league record is 28 wins in row accomplished by Alabama during the 1978, 1979 and 1980 seasons and equaled by the Crimson Tide during the 1991, 1992 and 1993 seasons. Alabama also had a 26-game winning streak across the 2015 and 2016 seasons.

27 Years since Ole Miss won in Athens. Since the Rebels defeated Georgia 31-27 on Nov. 23, 1996, in Athens, Ole Miss has lost five in a row in Georgia’s home stadium. The Rebels most recently played in Athens on Nov. 3, 2012, when Georgia took a 37-10 victory.

36 Consecutive regular-season games have been won by Georgia, the longest streak in SEC history. The Bulldogs haven’t lost in the regular season since a 44-28 setback against Florida on Nov. 7, 2020. The 36-game streak is tied for the seventh-longest in major-college football history. Miami (Fla.) won 36 consecutive regular-season games from 1985 through 1988, and Clemson won 36 consecutive regular-season games from 2017 through 2020. The longest regular-season winning streak in major-college football history is 45 games by Oklahoma between a 7-7 tie with Pittsburgh on Oct. 3, 1953, and a 7-0 setback against Notre Dame on Nov. 16, 1957.

39 Points per game have been averaged by Georgia and Ole Miss this season. The Bulldogs have scored 354 points in nine games, and the Rebels have scored 349 points in nine games.

368 Games have been played by Georgia since it was most recently shut out, the second-longest scoring streak in SEC history and the third-longest in major-college football history. The Bulldogs haven’t been blanked since losing to Alabama 31-0 on Sept. 30, 1995.

567 Yards and four TDs on 41 receptions for Georgia TE Brock Bowers this season. Bowers remains the Bulldogs’ leading receiver even though he has missed the past two games. WR Dominic Lovett is second on the team with 39 receptions for 398 yards and two TDs.
