Not all your resolution have to be weighty. Try these new ideas for the new year.

I always make New Year’s resolutions, but I rarely keep them all. Most of us choose our resolutions with hope and optimism. This may last until the middle of February when the dark chocolate we hid from ourselves whispers our name. Our goal to lose weight gets shoved to the far back of the pantry and the chocolates move forward, right in our line of vision.

A little bite won’t hurt. Neither will two or three. And then we see that we’ve fallen down the rabbit hole lined with sweets and Christmas cakes and chocolate Santas. And there we are.

But we don’t have to stay there.
