North Carolina may be one of four No. 1 seeds in the 2024 March Madness bracket, but they’re the sixth-best favorite in the bettor’s eye, currently with +2000 odds at FanDuel. This puts them not only behind other No. 1 seeds UConn, Houston, and Purdue, but also tucked behind Tennessee in the Midwest, and Arizona in their own West bracket.
