North Alabama under a wind chill advisory until Wednesday morning
On Tuesday at 3:50 a.m. the National Weather Service issued a wind chill advisory valid from 8 p.m. until Wednesday 8 a.m. for Blount, Etowah and Cherokee counties.
According to the weather service, “Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a hat, and gloves.”
