North Alabama man jailed for allegedly producing porn with minor
A north Alabama man is being held on $810,000 bond for multiple child pornography, online solicitation of a minor and other related charges, according to court records.
David Collier II, 46, of Moulton, allegedly produced child pornography that included minors, facilitated the online solicitation of a minor and disseminated or distributed child pornography, according to the charges filed against him Tuesday in Lawrence County District Court.
Collier, who faces three counts of each offense, is being held in the county jail on $810,000 bond, jail records showed.
The pornography featured a child under the age of 17 “that displayed the juvenile’s breasts and genital nudity on several separate occasions,” according to the complaints filed in the case.
Collier’s arrest was made following an investigation by the FBI and Moulton police, WAFF reported.
