Marshall County authorities have identified a drowning victim whose body was found Saturday morning.

The Marshall County Coroner’s Office was dispatched around 8:15 a.m. to the Mountain Lakes RV Resort in Langston after the body of a man was found in the water, near the resort’s boat dock on Lake Guntersville.

The victim, identified as Joshua Coker, 38, was a resident of another resort in the area, visiting family at the time.

No foul play is suspected, the coroner’s office said in a statement.

The Marshall County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the incident.

Marshall Health Systems EMS and Wakefield Volunteer Fire Department provided assistance at the scene.
