Former United Nations Ambassador Nikki Haley speaking in New Hampshire said the third in a series of Republican presidential debates will be held in Alabama.

“First debate’s August in Wisconsin. Second debate’s September at the Reagan Library. Third debate’s October in Alabama – by October, you’re going to see a totally different ball game,” Haley said, according to a tweet from Kit Maher of CNN on Friday.

A spokeswoman for the Alabama GOP said late Friday night that a presidential debate in Alabama had not been confirmed.

Haley’s remark came in response to a question on if she would accept a position as vice-president, Maher tweeted. Haley said she’s not running for second place.

The first debate is set for Aug. 23 in Milwaukee, according to The Associated Press. Dates have not been announced for subsequent debates.
