NFL Draft 2025 prop bets: Will the Titans take Cam Ward or trade the No. 1 pick?
The 2025 NFL Draft is set for April 24 to 26 at Green Bay’s iconic Lambeau Field. Tennessee is at center stage for both the first overall pick and a new sportsbook launching in the state. A bright spotlight is on the Titans, who have the No. 1 selection after finishing the 2024 season with a 3-14 record.
You can wager on what the Titans will do with the first pick at bet365, as the sportsbook opened its mobile doors in Tennessee in March. There are several other available markets for the 2025 NFL Draft. Many pro football fans in Alabama also back the Titans, and they can get involved in the action.
We share our favorite prop bets for the 2025 NFL Draft, for several teams and markets on bet365, which is one of the top sportsbooks in Alabama, especially for March Madness betting sites.
Tennessee Titans to Make First Pick
Odds: -250 at bet365
Wager: 2 Units
Based on the odds here, we recommend wagering two units, expecting the Titans to keep the No.1 pick and draft Cam Ward.
There has been much speculation about Tennessee possibly trading the pick, but recent published reports indicate it will stay in the top spot to land the most coveted quarterback. Rumors have been circulating about the team possibly trading Will Levis.
If you do believe that the Titans will indeed deal with the No. 1 overall pick, the New York Giants (+225 to make the first pick) should be your projected trade partner to bet on. New York is desperate for a QB and reportedly had plans to trade for the top pick.
No. 2 Overall Pick: Shedeur Sanders
Odds: +150 at bet365
Recommended Wager: 1 Unit
Betting on the first overall pick is not a favored prop, as Ward is at -500 to be taken at No. 1. But there is less certainty about the second pick, as many mocks have Abdul Carter as the No. 2 overall selection, and he is at -140 on bet365.
But there is also a good chance that Sanders will be taken in the second slot, as he and Ward are clearly in a tier of their own at QB in this year’s draft. Don’t assume that Cleveland won’t take Sanders over Carter when the Browns have dealt with so many QB issues for so many years.
First Non-QB Drafted: Travis Hunter
Odds: +275 at bet365
Recommended Wager: 0.5 Units
Carter has the best odds for this prop, too at +275. But if QBs are taken with the first two picks, and the Giants are left out of the mix at that position, it is very possible that they could opt for a unique potential superstar such as Hunter.
Draft experts Todd McShay and Warren Sharp have suggested that the Giants could then deal for a later first-round pick to nab Jaxson Dart, giving them a potent trio of Dart, Hunter, and Malik Nabers as a new offensive foundation. If such a scenario plays out, it could turn into a very fun payout.
Team to Draft Travis Hunter: New York Giants
Odds: +320 at bet365
Recommended Wager: 0.5 Units
We connect the previous prop to one here, and you can go to one unit if feeling bold on this destination for Hunter, which is a legitimate scenario. The Patriots, who are drafting fifth, would love to see Hunter slip to them, and they have the best odds to land him at +150.
You can also bet on what team will take the top RB in the draft pool, as the Bears have the best odds of selecting Ashton Jeanty at +150. But Chicago picks 10th, and many mocks don’t have him making it past the Raiders at the sixth overall slot.
Put one unit on Las Vegas to secure Jeanty at +160, as it has an apparent need at the position. New QB Geno Smith can certainly use premier backfield support.
Jihaad Campbell First Linebacker to be drafted
Odds: +320 at bet365
Recommended Wager: 0.5 Units
You can wager on the first player taken at several different positions, and while Javon Walker (-300) is widely considered to be the first LB off the board, there are always surprises on draft day.
Many times, a team will take a player earlier than anyone projected, and If that happens here with this former Alabama standout, you can cash out as a happy Crimson Tide follower. This is more of a fun wager to take a shot on.
If you want a better payout on a player to be taken first at a position, consider going with Will Campbell at +160 to be the first offensive lineman selected. Armand Membou has the best odds at -180, but some mocks pinpoint Will Campbell to be picked ahead of him. Alabama’s Tyler Booker has the sixth-best odds to be the first offensive lineman drafted at +6000.
