New recipe to try: Baked Trout Fillets
Speckled trout are a popular catch for coastal fishermen for a couple of reasons.
First, they are plentiful and somewhat easy to snag. Second, they can be found in close to shore so you don’t have spend a ton of money on fuel venturing out to find them.
I like them because they taste good.
Usually I like to fry them quickly and serve them hot with tartar sauce for dipping. But recently I’ve been hunting for something fancier and I think I may have found a good recipe.
I found this one at www.allrecipes.com and I’m anxious to give it a try. The only thing is, I need to go fishing first before I can give it a try. Winner/winner fish dinner!
