There’s a new spring festival on the block in Mobile, and it’s one designed to put Mobilians in touch with their environment. It provides an opportunity to kayak along the Dauphin Island Parkway ‘peninsula’ north of Dog River, and it coincides with a rare opportunity to bicycle across a Brookley runway.
