A new Aldi location is set to open soon in Mobile County as the retail chain continues to expand.

According to Aldi’s website, the latest store will be located in Semmes on 9082 Moffett Road.

While the site says the store opening is soon, there is no specific date provided yet.

There are currently 47 Aldi locations in Alabama including the Semmes location. Once open it will mark 5 store locations within Mobile County.

The Aldi in Semmes is a rebrand of a prior Winn-Dixie store following the German company’s acquisition of over 400 Winn Dixie and Harveys Supermarkets across the southeast last year.
