New drama series ‘Carême’ released on Apple TV+ today, here’s how to stream on-demand
The first two episodes of the latest drama series Carême released on Apple TV+ Wednesday, April 30.
Starring Benjamin Voisin, Lyna Khoudri, and Jérémie Renier, Carême follows the rise of the world’s first celebrity chef, Antonin Carême, and his descent into espionage in Napoleon-era France—where manipulation is king.
With his gifts for gastronomy and seduction, Carême becomes the perfect weapon in a fight for power. Throughout Carême’s rise from poverty to become one of history’s most acclaimed chefs, he crosses paths with powerful and notable figures such as Napoleon, Tsar Alexander and the Rothschilds.
The series debut episode showcases Carême as he declines a coveted cooking job, which puts a target on his back and endangers his father. Episode two introduces Napolean into the mix as an attempted bombing is put on his carriage.
