Home builders proved to be quite busy in the Huntsville area during the first full week of February.

A trio of homebuilders in fact proved to be the top builders in Madison, Limestone and Morgan counties between Feb. 5-12. Florence-based Pierce & Allred Construction projects topped $7.4 million during the week, according to Southern Exposure Information.
