More retailers are setting up shop in Clift Farm in Madison.

A permit was issued last week for a 17,055-square foot building at 461 John Henry Way valued at $2.3 million. It was issued to Breland Companies by Madison County since Clift Farm is just outside the limits of the city of Madison.

Breland Companies President Joey Ceci told the Lede the construction is part of a second phase of retail. Clift Farm has about 60,000 square feet of village retail/multi-tenant space.

One of the tenants in the building is Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop, which specializes in sub sandwiches for takeout and delivery.

Other finalized tenants in the second phase of the development include Wrapsody, which specializes in sorority gifts, home décor, candles and jewelry; Lush Nail Bar, Madison Eyes and Super Cuts.
