Montgomery police officer already on leave arrested on domestic violence charge
A Montgomery police officer was arrested over the weekend on domestic violence charge.
D’Anthony Green, 32, was charged Saturday with third-degree domestic violence-assault.
Police Maj. Saba Coleman said at the time of Green’s arrest, he was already on administrative leave from an unrelated incident. Details of both incidents have not yet been made public.
Green joined the department in 2017 and was assigned to the Special Operations Division.
Last year, Green was among four people injured when a fleeing suspect crashed into his police vehicle during a pursuit.
