The Mobile City Council will start diving into contracts for the entire management and design work for a new $300 million Civic Center arena.

The contracts being introduced during Tuesday’s meeting, are rolling out one week after plans for the downtown venue were first introduced during a news conference Thursday inside the existing Civic Center Arena.
