Mobile student enrolling in school hits, threatens to kill assistant principal: Police
A prospective student enrolling in a Mobile school assaulted an assistant principal and threatened to kill her.
According to the Mobile Police Department, officers were dispatched to the Mobile Continuous Learning Center about 10:30 Tuesday morning after a report of an assault.
Arriving at the scene, officers learned a juvenile female was in the process of enrolling in the school when she struck one female, then struck an assistant principal and threatened to kill her.
The victim declined to receive medical treatment. The juvenile suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Strickland Youth Center.
According to the school’s website, the Continuous Learning Center is an alternative school created by the Mobile County Public School System to serve students who have been suspended for short or long terms from regular school.
