Mobile police are asking for the public’s help as they investigate an early morning homicide.

Police report the homicide occurred at approximately 3:11 a.m. following a shooting in the 200 block of First Court. Upon arrival, officers discovered a male victim dead outside of a residence with a gunshot wound.

No one has been arrested at this time. Police declined to release the name or any details about the victim until a next of kin is notified. No further information was provided, and the shooting remains an active investigation.
