Mobile police arrest 2, searching for 2 allegedly involved in Darwood Drive homicide

The Mobile Police Department announced Friday that they arrested two individuals and are searching for two more allegedly involved in a December homicide on Darwood Drive.

The department said that Darrius Bell, Jr., 18, and Dejuan Harris, 21, were arrested by the homicide unit and taken to Mobile County Metro Jail.

According to jail records, Bell has been charged with first degree assault and shooting into an occupied building.

The department is still looking for Ra’mon White, 22, and Antwan Hall Jr., 19, in connection to the murder.

On the night of Dec. 16, Mobile police responded to a home on the 1600 block of Darwood Drive where they found Jermaine Crawford, 48, dead.

The department asked that anyone with information regarding White and Hall’s whereabouts to contact them. And according to the department both are considered armed and dangerous.
