The exterior look of the Mobile Civic Center is changing again. And officials say the public should be prepared for even more changes as the project moves forward toward a groundbreaking next February.

The design and materials for a project that Mobile Mayor Sandy Stimpson calls “transformational,” were unanimously approved Wednesday by the Architectural Review Board.
