Two international beauty queens revealed they tied the knot after keeping their relationship a secret.

Miss Argentina, Mariana Varela, and Miss Puerto Rico, Fabiola Valentín, took to social media to share the news.

“After deciding to keep our relationship private, we’ve opened the doors to you on a special day,” the couple wrote in Spanish on Instagram, adding they were wed on Oct. 28.

Varela and Valentín also shared a montage of romantic images and videos including sunsets on the beach, a bed full of rose petals spelling out the words “te amo” (I love you), and what looks to be a marriage proposal: a room full of candles and red, white and gold balloons, and the words “MARRY ME?” on a window.

The short video ends with a scene of the couple holding hands in front of a courthouse in San Juan, Puerto Rico, likely taken on the big day.

The newlyweds met two years ago at the Miss Grand International pageant, according to Hola! magazine.

Varela, 26, was crowned Miss Universe Argentina in 2019, and was a top 10 finalist in the Miss Grand International 2020.

Valentín, 22, made it to the top 3 in the 2019 Miss Universe Puerto Rico pageant and also finished in the top 10 in the Miss Grand International 2020 pageant.
