Mike Pence to speak at University of Alabama
Former vice president Mike Pence will be coming to Tuscaloosa in April to speak at the University of Alabama.
Invited at the invitation of the Alabama chapter of Young Americans for Freedom, Pence will be speaking in the university’s Student Center ballroom on April 11.
Pence has previously made numerous campus appearances across the U.S. sponsored by Young Americans for Freedom.
There is speculation Pence will seek the Republican nomination for President in 2024.
Pence’s “Saving America from the Woke Left” event will open at 5:30 p.m. Following his prepared remarks, Pence will host a Q&A session.
The event is free to attend for students, faculty and the public, but a ticket is required and can be obtained through Eventbrite.com. A ticket, however, does not guarantee entry, so those attending are encouraged to arrive early.
