Two Huntsville area teams advanced to volleyball championship matches this season while two more won to the final four with eight total teams earning spots in the AHSAA Elite 8 championship tournament.

Bob Jones lost the Class 7A title to McGill-Toolen for the third straight season while Lindsay Lane won to the Class 2A championship before losing to Pleasant Valley.
