Medical provider is newest tenant at Huntsville’s Range office building

A health care provider is the newest addition to The Range commercial office building on Governors Drive.

Breathe Better Institute, specializing in ENT (Ears, Nose, and Throat) services, is the latest addition to the development, occupying 5,200 square feet on the second floor, the owner of the building, The Beach Company, announced Wednesday.

“We’re excited to call The Range our new home and to help the patients of north Alabama Breathe Better,” said Jeremiah House, founder & CEO at Breathe Better Institute in a news release. “This incredible space allows us to bring innovative sinus and allergy care to the community in a setting that’s as fresh and inviting as the air we’re helping our patients enjoy. We can’t wait to make a difference here in Huntsville and North Alabama.”

With the addition of Breathe Better Institute, The Range is now approximately 90% leased with 4,500 square feet of space remaining.

“The Range is excited to welcome its newest addition, Breathe Better Institute, to the building,” says Tyler Presswood, asset management analyst at The Beach Company. “Their addition strengthens The Range’s commitment to providing a diverse array of services to the community. This partnership represents an important step in expanding our building’s offerings while supporting the health and well-being of local residents.”

The Range offers 49,229 square feet of Class-A commercial office space, featuring ample parking, an open courtyard adjacent to the lobby and convenient access to nearby restaurants. Inspired by Huntsville’s aerospace history and booming technology industries, the three-story building’s modern steel and glass structure maximizes natural light to create open interiors and high-end finishes.

The Range offers convenient access to downtown Huntsville, Campus 805, the medical district, Research Park and Redstone Arsenal, and is well-positioned next to The Beach Company’s sister property, The Foundry, a 342-unit mixed-use multifamily and townhouse development that is currently leasing residences, and entertainment and event complex Stovehouse. There is a 10-foot-wide pedestrian sidewalk connecting the three developments, increasing access and walkability for employees, residents and visitor.

The Range is also near the Food City grocery store that is nearing completion. The Flying Biscuit Café restaurant also opened at The Foundry last month. Taziki’s Mediterranean Café opened at The Foundry in February. It was the first retail tenant in the mixed-use development.
