Meat recall: Charcuterie meat sold at Sam’s, Costco could be contaminated, FDA warns
Cured meat company Fratelli Beretta USA, Inc. is recalling charcuterie meat containing Coppa because the meat may be under-processed and possibly contaminated with foodborne pathogens.
According to an announcement on the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service, the recalled products were sold at retailers around the country including Sam’s Club and Costco.

Consumers who have purchased the recalled products are urged not to consume them. These products should be thrown away or returned to the place of purchase.
