‘MasterChef Junior’ season 9 episode 7: How to watch without cable

The final five contestants in MasterChef Junior season nine will continue to go head-to-head during tonight’s new episode set to premiere on FOX Monday, April 29 at 8/7c.

During last week’s episode of MasterChef Junior, the remaining six chef’s competed for the top spot in a team-based pancake challenge and later an ice cream making challenge.

Spoiler: Remy and Alfred were put on the chopping block, but ultimately, Alfred was sent home packing.

Alabama-native Bryson McGlynn is among the top five finalists who will continue to compete this week.

According to previous reports, Bryson, 12, is an Auburn resident who goes by the nickname of “Cheese Curd.” He’s a sixth-grader at Fox Run School in Opelika and the son of Mike and Shannon McGlynn. Bryson’s also a young grillmaster and barbecue specialist who competes in grilling competitions with his father.

Where can I watch MasterChef Junior season 9?

Although premiering on FOX, those without a basic cable setup can still live stream new episodes of MasterChef Junior on Mondays with either Fubo or DirecTV Stream.

Both live streaming services offer free trialsfor new subscribers who can watch the awards show for free before committing to a paid subscription.

Those willing to wait can also stream new episodes the next day with a regular Hulu subscription.

Both Fuboand DirecTV Stream are set up like any other streaming service, but rather than offering exclusively on-demand content, they both offer exclusive live TV channels. So like cable, but without the hassle.

Fubo considers itself a sports-focused live streaming service, but overall, its standard package comes with over 100 live TV channels for $79.99 a month after its free trial. These channels include ESPN, ABC, NBC, CBS, TLC, MTV and much more.

Fubo also comes with a variety of shows and movies users can watch on-demand along with the option to record your favorite TV shows.

DirecTV Stream is similar to Fubo in that it offers many of the same channels and features. At $84.98 a month after its free trial, the base package comes with a little over 75 live TV channels.
