The first round of the 2024 NCAA tournament continues Friday, March 22, with 16 games across the country throughout the day.

Among those teams in action Friday are Alabama, Auburn and UAB, plus No. 1 seeds Houston, Purdue and Connecticut. SEC entries Texas A&M and Florida, as well as national powers Duke, Marquette and Baylor, also play on the tournament’s second full day.

The first group of 16 games took place on Thursday. Second-round action is set for Saturday and Sunday.
