Man killed in shooting at Phenix City apartment complex
A man has died after he was shot at a Phenix City apartment complex Friday.
Christopher Womack, 52, was shot and killed around 2:43 p.m. Friday at The District at Phenix City complex at 2700 College Dr., Russell County Coroner Arthur Sumbry Jr. told WTVM.
Womackâs body is being sent to the Alabama Department of Forensic Sciences for an autopsy.
