Man charged with capital murder after Birmingham mother of 4 found shot dead in driveway
A suspect has been charged in the shooting death of a 34-year-old mother who was found dead outside her east Birmingham home.
Jamarcus Liray Olive, 35, is charged with capital murder in the killing of Andreika Robinson. The victim left behind four young daughters.
Olive was taken into custody hours after the deadly shooting and formally charged on Wednesday.
The charge is capital murder because authorities said Robinson was inside a vehicle when she was killed.
