Coming off the end of her marriage to Sugar Bear and facing health issues, Mama June wants to do something about her weight and slim down so she can start a new life with a new body and, she hopes, a new love.

Any attempt at losing weight is challenging and requires a strong support system. For Mama June, that includes now-preteen Honey Boo Boo, daughter Pumpkin and lifelong friend Big Mike.
