Madison man charged with electronic solicitation of a child
Madison police have arrested a Madison man on charges of electronic solicitation of a child after a multi-agency investigation.
On Wednesday, police executed a search/arrest warrant at the residence of John Justin McCall, 51, in Madison.
Capt. Lamar Anderson said the warrants came after a multi-agency Investigation conducted by agents with the Department of Homeland Security, Alabama State Bureau of Investigation, Madison County Sheriff’s Office, the Huntsville, Madison and Decatur police departments and members of the Internet Crimes Against Children task force.
McCall was booked into the Madison County Jail on $43,000 bond. He also has a warrant for a violation of the Sex Offender Registration and Notification Act.
