Coachspeak: “We had some adversity there early in the game, but I’m proud of how our guys handled it. You know, any time you win 10 games that’s really special, but now everybody is 0-0 and so we will enjoy this win through the weekend. I’m just so proud of this senior group that has led us.” – Madison Academy head coach Bob Godsey

“You know a lot of teams are upset tonight because they are not going to the playoffs and their season is over. We’re not happy with this loss, but we’ve got another game and I just talked to these guys about how we lost the first game of the season to a good Lee team and then rattled off eight straight so all I’m asking them to do after this game is let’s just try and get five straight and we are going to do that one at a time.” – Louis LeBlanc Westminster head coach

What’s next: Madison Academy will host Hokes Bluff and Westminster Christian will host Oak Grove in the first round of the 4A playoffs.
